Processing and delivery

Standard orders normally take 1–3 business days to process. Customized items may take up to 14 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Standard US shipping normally takes 1–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. International delivery times vary, and worldwide shipping is subject to destination and carrier availability, including disruptions caused by conflict, restrictions or customs.

Free standard ground shipping is available on orders over $35 to destinations within the continental United States. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and exchanges

Our standard return and exchange service is available for orders delivered within the United States. Request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after delivery. Eligibility, exclusions and fees are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Start through our Returns & Exchanges portal or email info@playwhatever.com. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. We do not offer in-person service or accept returns at our office unless expressly instructed.

Digital downloads

Digital items are delivered electronically; nothing ships. Your download link is emailed after checkout. Creating an account is optional.
