How to Use the Site

Are your downloads really free?

Any products in the Download section with $0.00 value are free to download for your personal use. All you have to do is create a FREE account at PlayWhatever.com, add the download to your cart, and check out.

Shopify requires an address to be entered to check out. However, if you're downloading free content only, you DO NOT have to enter any payment or credit card information. Shopify will not ask you for payment information.

Once you check out, click the download link to enjoy your free content. You will also receive an email notification with the download link. You can also find download links in your account under "Orders."

How do I use my promo code?

During checkout, enter the promo code in the "Enter promo code" section and press apply. You can redeem one promo code per order.

Do you restock out of stock items?

Yes! Sign up for notifications on the out-of-stock page to be notified when an out of stock item is back in stock for purchase.

What are pre-orders?

Any product you see on the site as Pre-orders are not yet released in the market. You can pre-order to product to be one of the first to receive the item before anyone else.

Due to fluctuating manufacturer production schedules and unstable logistics conditions, pre-order arrival times are not guaranteed. Pre-ordered products will ship on a first-order basis before the remaining stock is released for sale to the public.

In the case of manufacturer cancellation, we will refund your pre-order item in full to the original payment method.

Are your items officially licensed?

Yes! Unless specified otherwise, products at PlayWhatever are officially licensed products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Alternatively, you can check out using Google Pay or Paypal. If you choose to pay using Paypal, you will be briefly redirected to the Paypal website to complete the payment before returning to Playwhatever.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at
info@playwhatever.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order will go into processing and production and cannot be modified or changed.

After receiving your order, you can return your items within 14 days for a refund. Read how to return your products in the Returns section.

Can I return an item?

Returns or exchanges are available for orders within the United States only within 14 days of order.

Log into your account and click on Return/Exchange next to your order to initiate a return request. You can also click here to manually find your order.

Refunds can be made in the form of the original payment method, or store credit.

All returned items must be in their original received condition - unwashed, unworn, and unmodified in any way in original packaging. We cannot refund items that have been returned with strong smells such as perfume/cologne, detergent, or cigarette smoke. Toys, swimsuits, intimates, digital downloads, and customized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Please do not attempt to return items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. We cannot ship back items that have been sent back to us without meeting our return qualifications.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Free ground shipping is offered on orders to continental U.S. locations on orders over $35.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide. Just enter your correct shipping address at checkout.
